I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California, Virginia and West Virginia, practicing psychotherapy for over 16 years. Clients can meet with me in person at my Burlingame, California office or through HIPAA-secure telehealth anywhere in California, Virginia or West Virginia. In addition to my years of performing psychotherapy, I'm a certified Domestic Violence counselor, Expressive Arts Therapist, and smoking cessation counselor. I have about 20 years of experience working with Autism and intellectually disabled adults, children, and their families. I have worked with culturally and ethnically diverse populations. Experienced in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, anger issues, stress, trauma, domestic violence, parenting, hoarding and LGBTQ+ issues. I also have an extensive understanding of the severe developmentally, behaviorally, and physically disabled community. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life when taking the first steps toward change.
